Atlas Copco launches new state-of-the-art facility in Pune

Atlas Copco Group has launched a new manufacturing facility in Talegaon, Pune. Spanning approximately 270,000 sq. ft., the new state-of-the-art plant will manufacture air and gas compressors and systems including CNG (compressed natural gas), biogas, hydrogen compressors, air dryers, N2 and O2 generators and medical filters and accessories.

Atlas Copco acquires Compressor Distributor ACJ

Atlas Copco Group has acquired ACJ s.r.o., a compressor distributor in Samorin, near Bratislava, in western Slovakia.

Atlas Copco buys UK air compressor supplier

Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said that it has acquired U.K.-based Airflow Compressors & Pneumatics Ltd (Airflow) for an undisclosed price.
